Woodworking routers work with wood. They are widely used in the carpentry and furniture industry, wooden art crafts, doors, home decoration etc. The working materials are: HDF/MDF/LDF, and origin woods. Its performance is to engrave patterns, graphs, letters on the surface of the materials or cut the boards.
Generally, the requirements of the woodworking are: large working size, high speed, easy to load/unload the material, dust collecting. In order to meet the requirements, the woodworking routers adopts: strong machinery frame and body, 86 or 110 model stepping motors or servo motors, rack and opinion, vaccum table, dust collector, coolant system and lubricating system. Some special applications need ATC(Auto Tool Changing) function and rotation system to make door joints.
Woodworking routers can engrave on cylinder wood.
